Pennsylvania sedge ebbs and flows as the wind blows, great for shady areas that need a soft touch. It's low-growing, with thin, whispy, cascading blades and looks beautiful in mass plantings.

Cold Hardiness - Good down to -30C.
Sizing - 10" wide, 8" tall.
Location - Half sun to Full shade, protected areas are better, soils can range, a bit of summer moisture help will keep it maintained nicely.
