Alright so you want to keep it practical and need some shrubbery to cover up the foundation of the house, then here is the plant you should meet. You can use them in rows, hedges, and in shade.
For hedges 24"-36" tall and 16" wide.
Growth Details
Cold Hardiness - Survives to -34C. Sizing - Grows to 4' tall and 5' wide if untrimmed. They can also be trimmed (once or twice a year) to maintain any size down to 18". Location - Full sun to full shade, wind is no issue, drier soil is better.
