Features and Where to use
This variety of plant has unique pink new growth which changes to a mottled pink and green. A summer prune will encourage a pink flush again. Use out front of the house or in the back of the garden. This is a tree form (standard) tree, a bush on a tall stem, great to add height in the garden.
Growth Details
Cold Hardiness - Resilient to -34C.
Sizing - The bushy part on top of the stem will grow to as much as 8' tall and wide, but with a couple prunings each year can be kept in the 4-5' size.
Location - Full sun to 25% shade, windy spots are fine but might need a stake for the first few years, medium moisture to wet soil levels are best as willows like water.
