A classic shade perennial! Silvery-green leaves with deeply contrasted veining give colour and interest to a darker spot in the garden. Dainty blue flowers hover over the leaves in spring. A great alternative to the traditional (yet beautiful!) hosta in a shadier area.

Cold Hardiness - Hardy in temperatures down to -40C (Zone 3).
Where to plant - Part Shade, filtered sun, mostly shade. Likes moist soil.
