Features and Where to use
The Annabelle hydrangea is another tried and true plant that does it's job year in and year out. The dome shaped summertime white flowers come out whether planted in sunny spots or in the shade. The name Hydrangea is latin for 'likes water' so this means in early - mid summer when it is really growing some watering help will get the most out of these.
Growth Details
Cold hardiness - Survives to -34C.
Sizing - Best to cut it back in the second half of winter every year and it will sprout up to 3-4' tall the following summer.
Location - Full sun (with summer watering) to Full shade (less blooms but one of the few flowering shrubs for shade), avoid really dry garden areas, use anywhere really.
