Features and Where to use
Attractive tufted grass that forms neatly shaped mounds that sway gracefully in the wind. It has thin, medium-green grass blades with delicate light green plumes in summer. This North American native that is found naturally in many parts of Ontario. Robust grower, and being cool season grass, it grows most vigorously in spring and fall.

Cold Hardiness - Zone 4
Sizing - 1 foot tall, or 1.5 foot tall with plumes
Location - Average to moist soil, well drained. Grows in most soil types. Prefers full sun, but tolerates part shade.
